Need a paysite design

I'm currently looking to have two existing sites redesigned, and I'm looking for a designer that's good with flash.
I have a very specific stylistic design idea for one of the sites, so I need someone that's good at taking direction. The second site will allow for more creative liberty.
I need them done in a timely fashion, and may choose two separate designers if it works out better that way.
I'm looking for a 3 page tour and members area.

btw, my price range starts from $150 per unique tourpage design, $50 for additional pages, but pricing also depends on the requirements. I'm always open for negotiation, feel free to hit me in my ICQ

Some great work in some of these portfolios. I'm still looking for someone that can pull off a pretty intricate flash design though. Perhaps I've missed something in the course of skimming through them, but if you have good examples of Flash work in your portfolio, link me to them.

Hey Dark Circus, I hit ya up a few days back .. the header on my site and all the sites in my portfolio that have flash I have done .. I also just hired a guy that does some really really killer flash work..
