Like in some of these oil kingdoms..do the wealthy and elite keep a harem of bitches just to fuck?

I got a few here, so I guess they still exhist.

yep, there's something similar in thailand... not a concubine house.. but the kinds and princes have quite a few 'minor' wives.. i think mainly used to ensure they get a male heir... they even get royal titles, just lower rank than the real queen/wife.
