Bah. Australia will always be starved for more bw because we have to connect to the rest of the world via expensive undersea cables. :( I pay $AUD299 (about $USD205) per month for a 1.5Mbit/sec unlimited business grade ADSL.

I dont even live in a high end neighbourhood or anything. The city I live in has a very good framework laid down throughout the majority of the city.

Most university citys in Sweden is very well connected.

Actualy fastest connection in Croatia is 25/25 now but only at certain location in main city.I will need to put ad for place where is supported such connection.

Cox cable is great for downloading the whole internet
But, as you can see, just fucking try and upload something and they throttle you to hell after a minute or so like it's some kind of a sick game or some kind of thing :D
