Question about mpegs
When I cut up mpegs using Premiere 6 is makes the mpegs 320x240 and I cant change this setting. If I can I dont know how to change it.
I go to project settings/ capture/ vfw settings/ video format / and change the resolution to 176x144, but the video output is still 320x240. I want to make it so the mpegs are smaller so they use up less bandwith but are still clear. Check out the mpegs in this gallery http://www.smutclips.com/hik/gal23.html Theyre small, but can run longer because the file sizes are small. I could save them as wmv files which makes the file sizes very small, but then theyre blurry. :helpme |
