so why do you think no one has pointed out things like:

1) James had to sign the papers for the sale, which was announced Monday. He must not have ran far? How could AR have ever been sold to CWIE without James signature?

2) Where the fuck is James, his Family? His assets? The guy has like 5 awesome cars. Wife and 3 kids. Family man who loved his kids more than anything. Wheres Dan? They were in love, wheres his ass at? You just don't up and leave your entire family over someone filing a suit against you.

3) Why run with no court date and plenty of time before anything real happens?

4) Why did James right hand chick Ayanna get terminated 2 weeks before the shit hit the fan along with a few others?

5) If James just left last week, why are employee's claiming to not be paid for two weeks?

There's a lot of unanswered shit since everyone is talking about it. There's all kinds of holes in this.

James is most likely hiding his assets and his ass at this very moment.

He didn't signed any papers , cars on Lease , house worth shit, took the family, CWIE paid employees probably, maybe she told the press of the law suite?

he's the owner. how does that work?

name a trustee or an agent? power of attorney?

Hows that possible if he owned it?

He was not the sole owner, so other share holder took over since he left like that.

other share holder(s) would have had to owned a larger share than him, as far as I know he owned it from the days of way back AS Networks, than Tulin Online, Extreme Rack and finally Alpha Red. Never heard of another owner.

it was a new partial owner. and its possible if the majority share holder is absent and/or has abandoned the company

He just sold some % to some investors a few weeks back, if he abandoned and "took" company $$ they can get a court order (and to my assumption they did) to take over the company.

Makes sense, still a fucking crazy ass story but makes sense.

Im sure his attorney signed on his behalf and has been dealing with most of the fallout. He probably won't get paid either hehe.

Im sure his Attorney probably would have a good sized escrow account he's working out of, either that or Im almost positive no Lawyer is going to do anything if he even assumes he might not get paid for it ya know.
