what kind of hotel room you paying for for 150 signups?


I usually get a doge suite at the venetian for 4 nights (5th,6th,7th, and the 8th of Jan/03)- if that's covered I'm very interested in your contest.................... anything less would just be an insult and a sign of a real mickey mouse operation.

for 250 signups I'd expect a private jet.

oh wait - reading the fine print "US residents only" - seems you guys are too cheap to pay for anything other than yankies......... SAD, very sad.

Do these contests actually improve promotion? Seriously, anyone who can send enough sign-ups to meet any promotion should easily be able to pay for the prizes themselves.

they probally reserved one room at some cheap off the strip motel and expect everyone to stay TOGETHER there!!!!!!!!!!

Haha, no we did not get one room at an off the strip hotel. We are paying for one person per company for qualifying joins under the program.

We are a US company, we do not deal with laws regarding contests in countries outside the US -- most of the other programs don't allow non US when they run actual contests either -- this is not like a points sort of rewards system, this is a one time contest so we have to do as our attorneys advise so that we are not liable for something we were unaware of in another country, sorry. I wish it were different but it's simply not.

250 joins with a points program gets you 250 points, or about 250 bucks if you look at the way most of them are designed. 250 bucks does not cover airfare from the majority of cities in the US to Vegas, including Dallas -- where we are -- unless you book waaaaayyyyy in advance, something we obviously cannot do since we do not know who will qualify...

If you don't want to send us traffic, don't, it's that simple.

Of course Sleazy I thought you sold all your spots prepaid and didn't send any joins out anyway ;)
