Fact: Obama = Socialism
 

If you listen closely to what his advocates are saying, Obama plans on socializing banking, health care, insurance and more. Basically there will be no difference between the USA and France.

By the time Obama takes office, there is nothing left to socialize. The Republicans beat them to the punch.

I'm not sure where people are getting that, especially so soon after McCain talks about having the government take over people's mortgages, take over the Wall Street companies and so forth.

Having universal health care doesn't not immediately mean you're a socialist country.

The US borrows more than it can pay back just so that they don't have to raise taxes as much as many other countries do that don't borrow so much. And it's afraid of universal health care?

why is it that people still think the republicans are small government when they have consistently increased spending and the size of government since Reagan? if the republicans actually did what they said they were going to do, i would support them.

yes, perhaps obama will intervene in markets etc. yes this sucks and is socialism... but at least he isnt going to pretend to be a small government/fiscal conservative (like bush and reagan pretended).

You graduate as a Doctor, your first two years are spent working for the government taking care of " the people ". After that you can do what you like.

Why not do the same with Doctors in the US. Simpley they MUST put in 20 hours per week in assigned clinics/hospitals at no charge.

i was using Mccains words against him. He corrected a question asker in the second presidential debate for calling it a bailout, mccain said, "i dont call it a bailout, i call it a rescue"
