I usually go to bed around 6 a.m too then I wake up at 9 a.m with the kids :ak47:
By 3 p.m I'm sleeping on the couch :thumbsup

I crash at 6-7pm. I like working in those early morning hours, nice and quiet.

I used to do that to.. but its so stupid.. you fuck up your body.
Now i try to go to sleep around 11-11:30 and wakes up around 7... If you sleep 7-8 hours you can produce SO much more work through the day...
