Yes i noticed a lot of people selling tgps lately.Conclusing?It's better to not buy it considering present situation,beacuse even site/sites realy have let say 500$ monthly revenue next month can be only 100$

This is a GOOD site. > It's solid. The stuff it has, works. It has good scripts, good management, security has always been in the forefront and that's important. The thumbs were mostly hand cropped, at least, every one was looked at one time or another during processing. It's a medium advanced site for an experienced webmaster, or at least, someone who will take time to "read the instructions".
Why sell it
I need the money and I have too much on my plate right now, both on the web with my job and in my life. I want to sell it.
It was last time I calculated, roughly. That was about 6 weeks ago and I have stuff to back it up. I have a lot of old stats that are kind of messy but the data is there. Don't forget, a one or two AFF sales and a couple traffic orders and that's $200 - $300 right there.

I think the PAST 6 weeks it has not bmade that amount. Without looking at any sales I sold $80 in banners and about $40.00 to $60.00 a week in traffic to a guy who will swear he's making good money and I know he is because I talk to him every day. He's a newbie and he has some good ideas about selling porn. He taught me stuff, LOL. You can have him.

Ok, if that's your offer then tell me what we need to do to come to terms on the transfer of the domain and the files. If you take it for that price, I will give you a full unix user account on my box, we own the servers and we are the host. I will host it for a year with 100Gb included per month and this will make it super easy on me to get you going.

After that it's $250.00/year.

There's a lot of money in TGPs still if you can handle them. I know times are tough for everyone but if you know how to run traffic trades, and I'm not too good, then you'll make decent enough money.

This is a fully scripted site. When you set up your basic shit then you can leave it alone. I do. I only add orders and banners.

By the way, this site was doing 85/90/k at one point with the current configuration but I couldn't keep up on the traffic. It's not doing anywhere near that now. It died, but the base is there and solid to fire it up if you have trades. I know it will take 100/k easily, probably much more. There are really big sites running each of these scripts.

Thank you for the nice words, but I really can't.

There is more than several times that in scripts, and besides, this money from selling this is what I need to take my animals back to the US on a plane.

I have a dog and 2 cats that need to go home. I am selling this site to buy the equipment and their plane tickets and the dog needs a 5th surgery tomorrow. Sorry, $200 won't come close.

If you make a reasonable offer though, I will sell it to you :)

Also, the site does have traffic that's not counted by Alexa or anyone that's going out to traffic buyers every day (being sold).
