The hardest part of constant travel . . .

Proper diet.

I have lost 10 pounds in the last 5 days, primarily due to the fact that for the three weeks before I was on the road and eating properly is difficult. Germany was the worst. I don't think I took a decent dump the entire time I was there.

One of my buddies commented, "I don't think you eat properly. Two great meals and your comments were all about how good the vegetables were."

Well, yeah. I had not had any fresh, uncooked veggies in over two weeks!

What do you guys that travel a lot do about eating properly?

Try and avoid fast food and eat a decent meal at a resturant that has vegetables.

I think on overseas flights they try to fill you with food so you forget how uncomfortable you are.

I don't do fast foods, but restaurant food may look well-rounded, but unless you survive on salad, they can become overbearing.

Go to the supermarket, buy good bread, fruits, vegs, cheeses, olives etc, a knife, a bunch of paper plates.. a bottle of wine...make your own daily salad. It gives you a rhythm.
