Help domain not working

Registered new domain, created account on my server, changed DNS records in my domain registrar to point the domain to my server.
But it have been 5 days and I still cant access it online. Usually it takes 30 minutes before I see the domain online. What the hell is wrong?!?

First I thought maybe my internet provider have not updated their DNS records around the world, but after 5 days??
So I asked some friends in other countries if they can access the domain, but they cant either!

Ever happened to you? Any idea what it can be? How to solve it? :helpme

it's been 5 days and you haven't asked your registrar if there is a problem on their end? :error

I'm assuming you're listed in the whois :2 cents:

If so, try deleting it from your host and then add it again.

Did not help....

But I just received email from my host about this:

Dear Customer,

I sincerely apologize for your DNS issues. I have investigated this issue and it appears that the zones are not showing up in your nameservers.
You will need to republish the zone file for this domain.

How do I do that?? Is it done in WebHost Manager?
Can someone PLEASE give my step by step instructions? :helpme

whats domain registar?
whats the hosting?

have you checked at http://www.iptools.com or http://www.dnsstuff.com/

Well, as said above, delete your account and recreate it in WHM .... Then check in EDIT DNS to see if the zone was created.

If not, you can always create it manually ( Add DNS zone ) .

If that doesn't work, it means that you have a corrupted work file in the zone master file. It needs to be removed in ssh ... if you do not know how, do not do it; ask your host.
