Tube Webmasters! Looking for help with the following questions..
 

I have put together a small master list of tubes site and I would like to know whats the best way to contact them!

I could go to the contact page of course but is their much hope when they arent kn owed for their customer service.

Will my efforts be in vain?

From my understanding they are hard to contact, some don't take user submitted content some do. I want to know what they require for submitting and have my clips embedded with my affiliate code.

Any guidance or first hand knowledge would be a great help.
