I agree - only bc I have 3 bonafide GORGEOUS friends, who were EXCELLENT wives to their husbands and all three were cheated on - the girls that their husbands hooked up with were not heinous, but they were definitely not pretty. I think people feel it is safer that way. I'd submit with full confidence that it's because cheating is emotional and not physical. The person cheating with you fulfills you in a personal (emotional or intellectual) way ie: bumps your ego instead of telling you for the millionth time to just grow up (or some other remark only available to someone as familiar with you as your spouse is).
