Aargh - need help please making embedded movies please
 

I trying to make embedded movies for my partner program and am having problems. I have Flash 8 and Flash 8 Video Encoder. Can anyone point me towards some online tutorials (I can't find any that help me) or give me some pointers with Flash 8?
