Vote for mickey mouse. Neither one of these asses should be in office.
|
LOL..nice spin. Obama has never been for deregulation or campaigned for it like Mccain. Ill go with the smart guy anyday.
|
i cant watch any more - the editor needs to get a grip on his frames and L-cuts.

Videos like this are Just BS, using selective information to sway opinions. Just like most mainstream media outlets and all political groups. You want to know who to vote for, do your own research, read, use Google, stop being spoon feed cattle. You read and research enough you know who is really doing what and who is the less shady. Because face it, if your politician, your shady some where, some how.

housing bubble subprime is about greed
|
But god forbid, dont think twice before voting mccain.
(Cuz if you do, the republicans are truly sunk lol) |
I waive neither please.
|
Thats the Republican arguement on the matter for sure but its actually just spin.
TO debunk the SPin that is attempting to be portrayed one has to look closer at 1995, which was a good practice by the Clinton Administration. THe banks moved to the Sub Prime mortgage not because the Democrats placed a provision on Mortgage terms but because the Republicans came in and de-regulated the Mortgage Industry Terms shortly after which would be 1997 which is what truly triggered the sub prime problem. By de-regulation loans were sold like baseball cards even ones where Predatory lending practices were in place which were also of course authorised by the Republican controlled Congress. It was the Republican COngress that added language to the one established in 1995 to the result in 1997 all the way to the present. |
Its damn shame I am amoung only maybe 2% of the Americans that pay attention and fact checking or just looking for information on things. Most stuff I read are conspiracy shit stories but once ina while an ounce of truth comes forward from the wildest of conspiracy stories.
Given the current events as of late I wont be to surprised and will not dismiss the idea that America will be Broken into two separate countries that are dependent on the future Amero while being divided by a International zone Continental super highway that runs right through the very middle of the United States from Mexico to Canada... |
ahahaha - another nitwit trying to blame the economic crisis on a little program in Chicago to help some poor black folks get a house in their community.

Three hundred million Americans and we get to choose between these two .......

18 months of this. I'm sort of burned out. Call me when the senile old man or the "change" guy wins.
|
I love crap like that... let's just remember that, IF it was so bad, the republicans had 8 years to fix it.. and then also this little bit of info..
"The law also does not require institutions to make high-risk loans that may bring losses to the institution, instead the law emphasizes that an institution's CRA activities should be undertaken in a safe and sound manner." |
It's all about the Clinton era
|
I can speed read, and even I had trouble keeping up with that video.

This is not meant as a pro any candidate comment.
Most of us that are not surfers here are successful individuals that made a business out of nothing or work at a business that was made out of nothing less then 12 years ago. We are shining examples of what is right in America and proof that with determination and hard work nobody has to be poor. Based on that how do any of you think hand outs are good? poor people are poor because they are either dumb, lazy, or both. I don't want to hear about how someone may be handicapped look at some individuals in this industry that made it past those hurdles or at people like hawking. I will go on to add that everyone runs into bad luck patches and programs like unemployment are great to let you get back on your feet. That being said any program that empowers the poor to reach above there pay scale or ability to manage is a huge mistake. If you let someone try to pay you tomorrow for a hamburger today they are going to simply need to borrow again. Credit is great in the hands of people that earned it but most programs geared to helping poor communities like the housing acts discussed are destined to blow up cause when you got nothing to lose you don't care. |
