I am curious. How did ya spend over 1 Million upgrading the company? NATS is not that pricy is it?

:2 cents: per merchant account? And buying tons of Merchant accounts does not totally work. Once a portion fail the banks fold on the lot. Just ask XPICS. So buying a million bucks worth of merchant accounts does not appear to gurantee much. Unless of course they are strapped in different bundles to different banks under different company names.
Might have been better to just buy a bank!

I dont know. Perhaps they also signed some agreemets for future content crap, programing, and all of that stuff.

That would be over $1million in new infrastructure costs, such us new routers, new switches, new datacenter, new servers, new storage.
