I don't hire people I'm about to fire.

kmanrox, i feel your pain. I've hired 8 people in the past 7 months. ALL of them have stolen or taken my ideas and left or I had fired them - mostly within 1 week of hire. 2 guys even tried to take the source code of TEVS, but it really only got files from another script. I renamed the files and put them on the server in the office just to see if they would take them - testing my staff out. These guy stole them and left a note saying they had taken them. 3 months later - I was in court over it. Fucker's only got off with a slap on the rist.

I'm not hiring anymore.
