I play Eve, Warcraft and DnD. Does that make me completely different then everyone else here? Did some of you beat me up in highschool?

Not that many really. I used to be bad years ago, but now its just about 2 hours a night. And I never do it if I have shit to do.

I'm a different type of nerd... I don't play video games or like star wars.

But I'm a huge music nerd, foreign film nerd, comedy nerd and graphics nerd.

In other words, I still get pussy.

I spent waaay too many hours on Q3A quite a few years back, I've never allowed myself to get into another video game. Its a life killer.

DnD - you know Vin Diesel has been playing that for... 20 yrs or something lol - can't be a nerd cos he's hot!

I'm a worse nerd. I play a strategy war game called Warhammer 40,000. I paint little metal minis and put together a little metal army and go to game stores to play against other people who have done the same. I even go to tournaments for it. I actually think that's about as nerdy as it gets.

I used to play Warhammer 40k also. Dark Angels. It was a cool hobby but way to expensive and time consuming. Now I just play video games.

I hear you man. I used to play SWG and WOW but they just took too much time and effort that I can easily convert to effective work instead. Not as fun though is it.

I'm definately not a nerd, but I am certainly geek.

I am more of a geek since I love reading comic books and playing Dungeons & Dragons. In fact, I have been playing D&D: Tiny Adventures on Facebook. I'm currently an 8th level Half-Elf Paladin.

These days, being a "nerd" is the equivalent to what being "cool" was back in the day. So now, everyone wants to be a "nerd."

Everyone is like, "I'm not one of the cool kids, I'm a nerd." Since being a nerd is cool, they're really just saying, "Yeah, I'm one of the cool kids."
