That soldier was not trained and sent to war to shoot dogs. He choose to do that of his own free will. He did it to be mean, and he was going to let that animal suffer. He is an asshole. A couple of soldiers died there recently by 'non-hostile fire'. One of them had text messaged a family member prior that he was ofen more afraid of his fellow soldiers than the 'enemy' because of the way they behaved. Didn't really elaborate.
