ibill rebills
 

It seems none of recent trial members are rebilled, I can't believe they all cancelled their subscriptions. CCbill is normal, but Ibill expires more users each day....

try to go without trials:glugglug

I have notice a major loss over the last 2 weeks.

Seems something could be happening on iBill's end.

We had a very good month for sales in Oct, but total revenues were actually down because of low rebills at Ibill.

Yep.. same here.. contacted ibill around the 12th concerning
this issue (when we had a 10% difference compared to the
month before) but the problem seems to grow.
Now, 2.5 weeks later over 20% compared to last months averages (considering this month is still october).

Ibill adviced us to monitor it for another week and get back
to them.. (which we'll do on monday, a little late..i know).

hmm, rebills are doing fine for me.

'normal' rebills are OK.. it just seems that trials
dont rebill as they used to..

Hmm.. today seems to be OK..

too much drugs.. getting some sleep..

What ever the case, the fact that most of us have
noticed something is an issue that should be addressed
to iBill.

I noticed a major slump. I compared the last 6 months
and this is the worst yet, joins were fine but the rebills
dropped hard.

Run your conversion stats Oct.16-31 and then
run previous months during that time.
