Yes, I meant to say that his background of speeding helped him achieve a stay in jail after his final run in.

If I recall most places on the highway in FL are 70mph. But often you have an area that drops to 55 for construction issues lanes blocked off etc. Shit sometimes you can get onto an exit of a road that is normally 55 and not see a speed limit sign for a few miles. 71 is FAR from excessive in a 55. Pretty normal to see traffic doing 67 or 68 in a 55. So 71 is yes ticketable, but news worthy. Jesus..
