adult internet marketing consultant wanted

We are looking to work with someone with extensive experience setting up an affiliate program. Including ability to setup feeds for bloggers, create blogs, work with SEO, etc. We want to increase ourt traffic 20%!... We are technically very profficient, but we want someone who can give us pointers on several issues. Please PM me to discuss
