Epassporte Stealing Money? Beware!
 
ok, is there anyone from epassporte around here?

Epassporte is NOT answering emails (more than a week)
epassorte is NOT answering ICQ (more than 3 days)
Epassporte blocked our account more than 5 weeks ago. We did verify, although all this verify process is kind of strange and after verifying, instead of epassporte giving us our money, they started something about some statement related to the some transaction.
In my opinion, they are going to the hell, they know it so they started stealing money from their customers!!!

M and my colleague have had an accounts with them for several years. Never any problem but recent couple months have been terrible. And the worst is their customer support, by the names in their emails I would guess they hire a bunch of guys from India who has absolutely no clue what they are writing about.
You ask some question and you get just general asnwer absolutely not addressing your concer. If you get any answer.
Now for more than week no asnwer and they STOLE our money, fortunately only $500.

So is anyone from epassporte.com around here and will help to clear the situation??

Yea, but epassporte's support IS the heroic Michael.. for all those that don't know how to contact him, there's no support.

Had some questions last week about renewal of my card, and got a replay in 3 minutes.
He is always very helpful to me and to those i have forwarded to him.

Making statements like you did here can hurt the service you still expect to get. Play nice, and believe in Karma

Yes, Michael replied within 2mins, thats great. But waiting over a week to get either general nonsense or even no email from regular support is not so great.
So lets see if the problem can be solved. I will post result here..

I could share an experience with my own eapss account where they did block $1500 that my customer sent to me. Took weeks to get it back. Did I complain here? No.

That is how epassporte works am afraid.You may hate it but that is why is better to examine situation before to avoid such situations.

I thought by now everyone realized how terrible epassporte is. They have a an F rating with the BBB and all one has to do is type in "epassporte fraud" to read story after story.

lol @ thinking they have ANY kind of customer support

I basically look at epassporte payouts like i do poker site payouts. Those numbers you see in your account mean nothing until they are in your bank account.

I would use them for anything 500 or under just because they are the cheapeast and only way to do some transactions. However, I will never understand why people keep large balances with them. Like poker and online gambling sites, you have absolutely no recourse since they are not a US based company. At any point they can just take your money and tell you to fuck off and you cant do anything about it.

Yeah Mike is very helpful, unfortunately sometimes the company itself doesnt follow through on what Mike tries so hard to get fixed. Something is ailing over there, i have to wonder

MichaelO does an amazing job but if you try to contact epass any other way you will probably never get a response.
