I spend hours some days playing it online.

And now part 5 is coming out. Oh dear !!

I am on my 5th Prestige , I want the gold cross damnit... Just takes a while to do it. That was pretty much the only game I played for a while but more recently got into FIFA 08, GTA4, Rainbow 6 Vegas. All are great, but cod still rawks. COD 5 - World at War comes out in Nov.. They say that they took all the great features from COD4 and are going back to the WW era like some of the previous games. I put my name on the early purchase list. :)

My XBox just got the infamous "Red Ring of Death" so no playing for me. Fortunately, Microsoft is replacing it free of charge, but it can take up to 3 weeks. I'll be going through some serious COD4 withdrawl.

Great game. Best campaign I have played in a long time. Online is tons of fun too.

I have managed to fix a few of those myself. It's not difficult, just time consuming.

I finished it in single player mode on expert... haven't tried playing online, I'm afraid I'll get too addicted

The on-line is the best part. Graphics are just as good as single player. After 3 kills you get a radar, after 5 kills, you get an air strike anywhere on the map, then after 7 kills you get an attack chopper that trolls the map.

BTW, in COD 5 one of the power ups is going to be attack dogs...serious :1orglaugh

Thats coz you're a pussy! I'm on my second but if I wasn't so busy the last 3 months I'd be on my 4th easily.

I play on PS3 btw. And Scott Mc D will tell you I pretty much rule at it. No one beats me.

Cod 4 online is v v addictive.

Shame the people who did 3 are doing 5, Infinity Ward have nothing to do with 5 - rumoured it could be a big pile of doo doo based on the crappiness that was COD3.

I got hooked on Halo 3 again after taking a nice break from it, I was addicted to COD 4 online at one time also, headquarters was my favorite. Amazing game.

and like someone else said, it sucks that Infinity Ward didn't make cod 5, but I might still give it at least a rental to see how it is.

Cod 2 Was amazing, Cod 3 was eh, cod 4 was amazing. cod 5, we'll have to wait and see.

hope gears of war 2 is good, definitely gonna have to check it out.

Multiplayer is where its at for these games.
