CCbill VS, ProBilling, Globill Systems, PSW Billing, 2000Charge ,and Netbilling.

To whom it may concern.

Due to new VISA regulations that effect to all webmaster in Asia and Australia, I am thinking about using a new process agent. Could you please reccomment or give me some advice between CCbill VS, ProBilling, Globill Systems, PSW Billing, 2000Charge ,and Netbilling. What are their weak points, or strong point. your experience or etc to help me decide what is the best process agent that i can use instead of CCbill.

Thank you:helpme :helpme

Why don't you apply for your own merchant accounts in off shore banks and use a secure gateway that manages members and scrubs?

If you could and only pay 10 cents per transaction would you?

By the way, i heard that 2000Charge.com can process visa and korea card for Asian. Beside, they can process EU-Debit too.

By the way, i need some ideal form person who used to use or have some experience form usinf 2000Charge.com

Hi there

Why just rely on just one of them ? Why not try the mpa2 program ? This allowes you to use Epoch, CCBill and PSW. And not only that, but you can use them all 3 at the same time with cascading. Choose the processor that gives you the best signup ratio as the first processor then if that one deosnt want their credit card it will automatically try the next one, and then the next one. At least 20% more signups because of the cascading. And another good thing is that you dont have to rely on only one processor then to handle your business :)

And yeah, you can also use Check, Dialer AND Paypal as well :)

Plus LOADS of other features.

Take a look at
http://www.mansionproductions.com/mpa2.html

And feel free to contact me on ICQ if you like # 11564972

Damn,, I forgot to mention...

WE will cover all the visa fees for you if you rent the mpa2 program :) Meaning that we will pay it for you for all 3 processors !

My quotes from companies like Netbilling etc are a lot more than 10 cents per trans for merchant account set ups...

If you are in Aust you would need to incorp in the UK to have a proper merchant account for adult internet services anyway, and you will get no fraud prevention from the Aust banks...

You are far better off IMHO to use someone like ACpay, Globill or Probilling
:2 cents:

....except he/she would have to incorporate in the US....

kelry 11-01-2002 06:29 AM

I forgot to mention that i live in Asian. So, it's not easy for us to deligate agnet in U.K. or in US. But thank for your advices.

By the way, i just read 2000charge ads, Are they rally good as they said? because i heard that Topbucks just quit form using 2000charge as they secondary process agent.

Best regards.

XXX_Jman 11-01-2002 06:36 AM

Your better with an International processor (not just US based)....I would go with one of my recommendations above...ACpay, Globill or Probilling

kelry 11-01-2002 06:48 AM

Thank you XXX_Jman for your advice

By the way, the only think that you don't recommend Netbilling because they charge too much for merchant account, right?

By the way, Does globill or ACbill will accept me if i do not have any merchant account?

(Adult sites are illegal in some of Asian Countries.)

Bear 11-01-2002 06:56 AM

Hi kelry,

could you mind to tell me which country you from?

What I was saying, was that Netbilling certainly costs more than 10 cents a trans....more like $0.45 cents plus much more if you require their customer service etc Then there are set up costs...plus you would have to check with them on where they could set up a banking relationship for you etc

You don't need any merchant account with a 3rd party processor....and it's ACpay...

1. Netbilling themselves don't "sell" any merchant accounts (i think). They will help you get set up though.
2. Netbilling has no affiliate program for webmasters. If you want afflliates to promote your site you gotta use some sales tracking software & cut your own checks.

By the way, Does globill or ACbill will accept me if i do not have any merchant account? (Adult sites are illegal in some of Asian Countries.)

Both Globill and ACPAY do nor need any merchant accounts not do you need any corporate US presence with them (as of now). According to ACPAY, they will also allow check processing in the near future (currently, they only do Visa & MC)

garry 11-01-2002 08:12 AM

XXX_Jman that is true. BUT we can also add 3 non US based processors to :)
We are actually in the process of adding netbillings system now, so you can also have your own merchant, and then choose two other processors for it to cascade to if your merchant dont want them...

kelry 11-01-2002 08:52 AM

Hi

Due to most of my clients are Japanese and Korean, Do ACpay, Netbilling, and Probilling can process credit card form this 2 countries (maybe china in the future)?

kelry 11-01-2002 08:56 AM

To everybody.

It had been confirmed that PSW Billing can not process visa for any website whose webmaster is not US citizen.

Bear 11-01-2002 08:58 AM

Yes, they can if they use credit card.

But i don't know why most korean card will got rejected.

Verotel and 2000charge can process korean cards. I just don't know whether 2000charge is good or not.

kelry 11-01-2002 08:59 AM

Moreover, i just talk to sale of globill and they said that they can not precess any website whose webmaster live in Asia, expecially in South East Asia.

How do you make sure they do process VISA card for the asian webmaster??

Gary! I've seen topbucks uses the swap processors system like yours. Are they one of your customer? Besides i think $300 monthly is very expensive for smaller sites.

richard123 11-01-2002 03:29 PM

I just set up a site with probilling. They're easy to use and cheap. I will probably use them as my no.1 and acpay as no.2.

Probilling are working very hard and fast to get their system up to where it needs to be (i.e. customized signup pages etc.) but still lag a bit on the affiliate program side. They say their affiliate program will be upgraded in about 2 weeks. Judging by their progress so far, I believe them.

They have an open forum: http://www.probilling.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi

??? I have absolutely no idea what you mean.

Kelry posted <i>"It had been confirmed that PSW Billing can not process visa for any website whose webmaster is not US citizen"</i>

I checked with PSW and they said this statement was completely false.

That's it.

ozzymandius 11-01-2002 03:52 PM

Glo-Bill all the way. No contest.

If most of your clients are Japanese and Korean, why are you not pushing JCB and Samsung? Two cards that CCBill takes btw.

As you said, ccbill can process korean debit card but i have never seen the option to pay by that debit card in ccbill join page Could you give me any advice about that?

Petr 11-03-2002 03:00 AM

Timothy, once again - debit cards are accepted the same way as credit card. Only with debit cards you pay with your own money, with credit cards you pay with borrowed money.

You probably mean "ATM cards", not debit cards.

markusborger 11-03-2002 08:39 AM
