At least the AP click-pic on that page makes some decent money. You guys need to do some analysis of which of your hotlink pics get the most clicks. Shouldn't be that hard to figure, if you rotate them daily for a while and watch the total click count.

I just wanted to say that this is the first per join program that I have ever been able to sell and I have tried a pile of them. I put out one gallery last month and advertised a little bit on my tiny tgp and have pulled 6 sales and have a webmaster bonus sitting in my stats. I think my ratio is 1:312 for the one site that I am pushing!:thumbsup She rocks!

Based upon your site, I would switch from promoting Seductive Smoking to XXX Movie Theater or Nude Beach Chicks on the big pic on the left. Your general traffic will do best with either of those sites.
