WTB: content managetment software

Im wondering what programs or software are you guys using to manage your content for all your web designers to grab photos and videos if need be?

the one i have experience with is Carma from TooMuchMedia which is cool. I hear Mansion Productions MAS is cool too. Plus they have a big team and history behind both of em, so u know ur product will be supported.

I tried Carma a while ago. Sexy looking program for sure but I found it hard to use.

If YOU are the maker of a good, so-easy that dummies-like-me-can-use-it Content Management program please let me know asap.

usually people just use file shares from what I know of. Adobe has their Version Cue but I've never used it.

MAS works well, hit up the Mansion guys.

I need something for my designers to login, view photo sets with matching videos and be able to download them right there, kinda like how content providers have set up; MAS doesn't allow us to view and download content for the logged in state.

Any other ideas??
