Going to see more of that happening, I just hope that the buyers look into the home a big before they buy. Back taxes, New taxes that are headed the way of the owner.

Story said she will have to pay $850.00 in back taxes and yard needs to be cleaned up. I wish I saw that auction, I would have went as high as $5.00

I'm searching the auctions within 100 miles of me BUT I'm finding mostly land contract type deals where you pay for a while on TOP of whatever the auction ends for.

who cares. what is the worst that can happen. it had 20k in back taxes and she lost 1.75, or got it back. I paid more for a Snapple today
