Webcam Chat & Processors = No No
 

We run a swinger community and had a webcam chatroom (using 123flashchat). Today "Risk Management" said we had to remove the chatroom or lose our processing... We currently use Netbilling. Any suggestions for procession so that we can reenable our video chat for paying members?

huh? why that?

sounds like you may be using their hosting service for the cams/chat?

Risk Management said it's against Visa/MC rules because we can't moderate live chat.

Netbilling is awesome... they explained we just needed to change to a different merchant bank.

I have looked at using in in the past and am curious about your experiences

SafeCharge will process you, LMK if you want a contact there. Are you high risk registered already? Seems strange!

Check out CCBIll. We have been using them to process for our chat sites & Chat software for years now and are excellent to work with.

No... that was the issue... we aren't using a high risk merchant bank and we decided not to use one. We just removed video chat as a feature.
