I was taught, never look down on someone unless you're helping them up. I try to live by that best I can. Some people make it hard though.

i 100% understand this line, i used to feel the same way.

but i believe people should be looked down upon, when it is "accepted" what someone is doing then they will continue to do it.

when every looks down upon something for someone they are more likely to change, and you cant help most people, people have to want to help themselves.

There are government and church provided services that aid in ways that can and do keep people from living on the streets.:helpme
