Finally just came back now.

rogers is like the wireless/electronic mafia.. once you're in..

Since you're located pretty close to me, I'm not surprised you had problems. All day today from 1pm to 4:30pm or so, I kept getting DNS errors on almost every site. Then from 3:00 - 4:30pm the whole net was down. Now its back at 100%.
