What is sad about this is that the old description of a chupacabra was always a lizard like creature. I am not sure how they say these "dogs" are chupacabras let alone not being able to separate a dog from their fantasies. It is the stupification of the human race where anything odd gets immediately classed into some fantastical supernatural retardation.

Just look at the increase in spotting UFO's by people to stupid to think long enough to figure out they are seeing lit aircraft or some other rational phenomenon.
