WASHINGTON - Adding to their woes, mortgage finance giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are facing a federal grand jury investigation into their accounting practices.

And they will hang some low level guy that was making 32k a year, and the guy running the Dept making 14 mil will walk, even though he knew what was going on.

Depends on how much he contributes to the politicians. Seriously it seems to me the real culprits in this will walk away with their fat bonuses intact. Bonuses built on toxic debt. They are no better than the Enron scum.
