I searched it, and it comes back as a "rejection hotline" built for the purpose of harvesting telephone numbers. I guess once you call they take your # and sell it. One lady said she gets spam text messages all the time now.

It's just a joke that people like to send to each other. I for one think it's funny as hell, and from the reaction in this thread, others do too.
