Credit Card Changes VS SURFERS ?
 

Hi,

I have read lots about the Visa regulation and 750$ fees ect.
However I have been wondering more and more lately about underlying changes in the way credit card are handled all together.

Did they also introduced new security measure against fraud and changed the way the CC Processor will scrub?

Apart from the fees, will we see a declined in our ratios, because more credit card are rejected? Can we expect lower payout from sponsors because of this ?

Is there any effect of the new changes on the normal surfer buying porn today ?

Wow a real question from a new person.. Props. I have no idea how this stuff will be affected, I'm sure as things come up they will be patched like anything else

This brings up a rather interesting point....... Visa is more or less saying it's the webmasters who need to be controled and punished, but nothing about the comsumers jacking us off.

I think the real underlying reason is the economy and Visa looking to raise some additional revenues.
