Both same age and lets presume 18. So they may only be a little bit in age difference.
1. ancestor or descendant - nope
2. stepchild or adopted child - nope
3. step grandchild or adopted grandchild - nope
b. refers to 1-3 so does not matter if legitimate or not.
c. 1-3 would be a class c felony in that age range but again 1-3 does not seem to cover it.
