Well tube sites does work no matter are they legal or ilegall.But in any case only one who winning here is hosting companies.

I just had to write this:

This is the only tube site I have, and only tube domain that I have.
All clips are less than 1 minute in length (most only 10-15sec),
and are put there with affiliates approval (part of their promo materials).
The number of clips is very limited since the nature of the niche.
This is the only site in this niche I have (a little experiment).
I see no bigger difference in between legal tube site like this and mgp site except that user doesn't have to download video it can watch it directly from browser.
And at last but not at least - if someone offers me some nice amount of cash I might just sell this site as well :)

I see nothing wrong with what you are doing there.

I see the problem with the sites that are embedding videos from the illegal tube sites..... those are all watermarked with the illegal tube sites (branding and driving traffic to them) and are basically just adding to the problem by promoting the theft sites and the long video ripoff model that is destroying the industry
