Did Obama Snub McCain?
 

At the end when they didnt shake hands.It seemed that Obama snubbed McCain.Or is that traditional or somthing?

On the BBC we saw them shake hands and Obama say 'well done' to McCain.

did they?i think someone stepped past,with the angle i was watching.i saw the two broads shake and the broads shake the Senators.McCain even seemed to have a look on his face too.Oh well.

to be honest if you could combine both these candidates into one would be the best bet

each one by themselves have weaknesses

The mic was up on the BBC and he said 'well done' and there was something with a 'thank you' in it that he also said that was hard to totally make out.

obama said... "john you will make a great president for the next 4 years I can't wait"

We could go back to the old days where the runner-up was automagically VP, and they didn't pick a running mate prior.

We were thinking the exact thing as we watched the debate

I didn't really take much away from the debate. McCain definitely seemed more combative, while Obama seemed to focus more on the issues. Hard to know what's what without knowing all the histories. There was too much of, "my opponent did/said this", "no I didn't" going back and forth.
