Redskins vs Cowboys
 

This Sunday my beloved Washington Redskins take on their most hated rivals the Dallas Cowboys; I wish I could say I more excited about the game. Most years I would be going crazy as I have been lifelong Redskins, but I really am not that pumped.

There are two main reasons I haven?t been paying as much attention to the NFL as I normally do. The first reason is that I have been working on weekends shooting content, so I haven?t had the ability to watch as many games as I would like. The second reason is I have been so damn caught up with what the Chicago Cubs are doing in baseball. For the first time in my life the Cubs have a real shot a winning the World Series. I am not sure what I would do if they won, but I know I would be doing it for days!

Back to the Redskins, they are 2 and 1 going into the game Sunday and are playing decent football. Dallas on the other hand decimated the Green Bay Packers last , and looks like they are the team to beat this year. I have to admit I don?t think the Skins have much of chance, but that?s when they seem to do their best against Dallas.

The one thing I probably miss most about DC was going to Redskins games. I had season tickets for years and partied with quite a few guys on the team. I truly hope the Skins kick some Cowboy ass on Sunday, but if they don?t, the Cubs have home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
