Just tell me why the fuck a dozen of my sites have been down for nearly a day, for the second time in a week you useless fuckers. :321GFY I've come to the conclusion after using more than 30 hosts over the years, that unless you use dedicated hosting, you are treated like the shite on the bottom of their shoes by these people. I don't care about the $220 I spend per month on a dedicated box, it works, all the time. |

Yes, in 6 years, I've not had one host that hasn't either dicked me around with either downtime, billing problems, or just general unhelpfulness.
I think the rough translation of their reply was fuck you, we'll make up some tech sounding shit to try and dupe the customer. |

Sounds like a shitty VPS setup. They should get some better virtualization software so they could have just moved your virtual machine to other hardware.
But then again, maybe it's just regular shared hosting and they're calling it a VPS. |
