I tried several times, but i am back on them always!

Rochard 09-26-2008 11:33 AM

I quit last November, although truthfully I was using the commit pills until two months ago. I finally said "This is stupid, I'm just taking pills". So I quit that too.

Combined with the fact that I run a mile every morning and then ride my daughter to school on bikes, I'm pretty happy. In fact, I JUST got back from the doctor's office and he told me I was a perfectly healthy forty year old.

I feel so much better not smoking.

Imortyl Pussycat 09-26-2008 11:34 AM

cold turkey is hardcore, good for you :thumbsup

Congrats! Hope you are able to keep it up :thumbsup
