same thing here pissing me off. I got 3 charges on my account from some protection agency and i cant find my phone to cal them...

It's up now..

but.. I'm switching banks. BofA causes me so many headaches..

Contrary to popular opinion BOA is the best I've experienced.

Wachovia has some issues too. You'd be better off with customer service headaches at BOA ;-)

BofA has one of the best online presences that I have dealt with in over 10 years of interweb banking.

They are having some sort of an issue. A few of us with their business platinum debit cards have gotten "compromised card" notices and had the card shut off. It's really awesome to take a trip to amsterdam and have your card blocked...

I've had that happen with my wells fargo card twice in the last 3 years. They shut off my card and send me a new one and it pisses me off

yes, particularly when they send it to your business address, and you are in another country at the moment.
