this show was only funny till about halfway through season 1... Season 3 was simply retarded... I actually went 3 straight episodes without even laughing during that horrible season.

My name is earl season 3 was WAY under the bar that was set by the first 2 seasons too. This first 2 of season 4 were great so hopefully they go back to what works.

That's why they invented the remote control.

i disagree, i think the office has picked up steam, as it has progressed, not only relying on steve carell, or the pam/jim love story, they are able to use all the characters, and i think that's the funniest part, the support cast.

on earl: holy shit, that is one show that had nothing left after season 1...just nowhere to go but repeating itself, and it lost me, and i'm a huge fan jason lee!
