Well.. times they are a changing. Surprised it wasn't sooner..

After a 12.5 year relationship with Webpower on the top banner spot at http://www.persiankitty.com/ as of midnight Sunday night, Sept 28th, that spot is officially up for grabs.

It's essentially fresh territory for any program willing to work at keeping the style of the ad and sites advertised fresh. One issue I've had over the years is that Webpower never changes the look and the surfers get used to it, check it out then leave it alone. Time for a change.

I'm willing to listen to any ideas/offers anyone has..

No not termed, I've never been paid through their affiliate program.

For this spot to perform as it should, it needs attention that Webpower doesn't want to give and hasn't for years. Changing the look of an ad every three years on a site with a high percentage of bookmark traffic just doesn't work.

Wow, 12.5 year banner spot! That's a really long term agreement, I can just imagine how much that spot made.

They shifted some of the sites in the IFrame they load on my site back in May and told me there were new styles of ads (totally different look) soon to come. The shift wasn't enough to make much of a difference because the style was essentially the same and the load time slowed considerably.

Because this spot has been flat rate, I had to use what they gave me for an ad...no leeway to change it myself.

I checked out that spot and from the looks of it most of it is not even clickable.
Is that an ad they host? Run a brazzers Iframe or anyone else with a ajax thing and I bet your CTR will triple

I would be interested in finding out more on what kind of traffic you have now and type? ...there are many great things that can be done in todays market and continue to even grow.....

yes they host it and it's slow (at least for any place I've ever loaded it from).

it's not CTR I'm worried about ..it's the other end of things..conversions. I can bring the traffic with the spot, it's a matter of whether someone can sell it on the other side.

Hey PK:) I would suggest that the banner is geo-targeted in as many languages as possible, incuding Hindi, Arabic, Chinese & Russian. This will help take your Brand global:pimp

As for niches to promote with said banner, I suggest CFNM since this appeals to female and gay audiences, as well as good 'ole red-blooded men ;-)

I also may check out the NichePay promo too. Not sure what material you have available for that (solo girl likely won't do well on my front page though)

Alexa rank is relative,could be bigger and lesser traffic.For example i have two 20k alexa sites which actualy have maybe 5000 hits daily.
