Anyone having problems with Webair?

Anyone having issues with Webair? I dropped them a ticket, but was interested if anyone else was having issues with "Redirection Loops" on their virtual accounts?

Seems like the service has started to become more and more spotty lately. May be time to start looking at other options.

I have had problems with webair ever since I invented it back in the day but just like all those others who make claims of inventing youtube or google and so on, I am proud to admit I am a liar!

GFY is full of webair complaints, anyone using a different host?

They have been nothing but great for me, been a happy dedicated client for over 4 years now .. Support always there when I need them, and super helpful !!

I have used them since I have started my websites, and no issues. But lately (based month or so) they really seem to be going downhill. When I called in last time, I was advised to send a ticket the next time. Let's see what happens.

Dont worry.. You are not the only one.

I also submitted a ticket like 3 hours ago.

Lets see and wait.

3 hours ago and no reply? That is not acceptable in todays hosting biz IMHO.:2 cents::helpme

One thing I've found in my time working for hosting companies is that when you consider statistics, and the number of clients prominent webhosting companies have, a small occurrence of suboptimal experiences is totally inevitable.

Not that I'm defending slow ticket response times or anything, it's just not something that I think is necessarily a reason to switch companies over - at least not if it isn't a chronic problem.

As a support tech, I remember situations where somebody had to wait a bit longer for their ticket to be handled, whether it was due to being shorthanded at the moment, there being a flood of tickets (or a few really hard ones), etc.

In the end, it's all about consistency.

Thats why I havent gotten a dedicated server with them yet and thats why I host my important stuff somewhere else.

Hopefully they will improve their tech support.

Nope never any issues. Always helpful and usually pretty quick.
