uhhhh it doesn't work that way unless you have all of your clickcash links doing a local hit.. and then you might as well just change the local link.

Just redirect all your cam links to this page and everything will be fine...

I think whoever suggested mod_rewrite for your problem misunderstood what you needed done. Sounds like what you need is a programmer to write a script to go through and replace that linkcode on every page on your server...
