wow, those must be the new police issued tennis shoes, and I guess it saves on gas to remove the crash bumpers off police cars these days. Makes sense with gas being so expensive.

And this might also be the first criminal to actually STOP the truck, turn off his lights AND shut his door while exiting the vehicle. Makes you wonder why this guy didn't roll a vehicle THRU the fence instead of trying to climb his fat ass over it.
