Who the hell is ICLS (Internet Corporation Listing Service), and why do they keep sending me letters to re-register my own domains at four times the price I can do it with, with the same seller I bought it from in the first place?

Did someone tape that "Sucker Of The Year" sign to my back again?

been getting them for years. there must be some suckers out there.

So how do they stay in business even for just the stamps?

just spamming you to try and get you to switch

I also have got mail from them over the years, straight into the trash every time.......

So how do we start a business like this? Are there really that many suckers out there in the good old free western world. I'll cut everyone in on the scam! :thumbsup:1orglaugh

A lot of mainstream ( small businesses but also major corporation ) fall for that .

I got a client of mine to cancel her check before it cleared the bank... We have of our own version here:

Domain Registry of Canada ( http://www.droc.ca/ )... They look like the government, so people get scammed....

I should bump me (oops :1orglaugh i just did) in case anyone is really getting scammed by this. I mean how can you go a whole year without being a littel spoiled under-age rich prick and letting this scam work on you?

I have gotten tons of those. They are spammers and con artists. They try to make it look like a bill and really it is a transfer paper. Fucking assholes.
