2012: the end of the internet

The forum looks empty without one of these threads.

So, how is this going to be possible? I mean, I can understand both how this could be true AND how it could not be true.

On one hand, this 'net neutrality act' gets put into place and literally destroys the internet, which is becoming more and more responsible for fucking up huge industries (porn, movies, local businesses, tv, you name it) by the day. However, this could be seen as the only current solution to these problems. And many of the people making a living via the internet would be forced to go out and get a job "in the real world". This could possibly strengthen our economy? Even though all of these jobs don't fucking exist at the moment.

On the other hand, this can't be true because SOOOOOOOOOOO many people would be out of jobs. And that's definitely not what we need right now.

At the Atlanta Forum i heard somebody saying that the Adult Internet industry might be over way sooner than that thanks to those Geniuses that fuck up clients with shady cross sales.

It will never be over. It will have it's ups and downs like any other industry.

I hope so, i was just reporting a very common comment i heard this past weekend.

it seems that at every show there is a theme/industry issue that takes stage and makes people talk.

An "end of the internet" could surely be the talk of any gathering. :1orglaugh

I believe the internet will survive, not sure what it will look and feel like, but it will survive
