How long does it take and is the process difficult for getting setup with ccbill?

Depends on if you are EU or US or somewhere else if you want visa. Otherwise its fast once you've sent in the paperwork, setup is easy.

your looking at a day or 2 if you are out of the EU, and about the same if your from the US, but the visa is taking about a week or so, hopefully even a bit less than that
